Standard policy
Unless an experience page says otherwise, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time.
Late cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time, or no-shows, may not be refundable.
Weather & conditions
If the host cancels for weather, ocean conditions or safety, we'll offer another date or a full refund of anything paid.
